Kelsey Solomon joined Amar Legal Inc. in February 2025. She obtained both her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Juris Doctor (J.D.) in North American Common Law from the Université de Montréal and completed her professional training at the École du Barreau.

Kelsey advises businesses, entrepreneurs and investors on the structuring, negotiation and implementation of corporate and commercial transactions, including acquisitions, reorganizations, financings and commercial agreements. Her real estate practice includes commercial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, and real estate financing.

She approaches each mandate with a practical and commercially focused perspective, with particular attention to efficient execution, clear communication and her clients’ broader business objectives.
