Having joined the Quebec Bar in December 2021, Nicoletta joined Amar Legal Inc. in January 2026. She earned her law degree from the University of Ottawa, where she graduated with degrees in both civil and common law. Her dual-jurisdiction education provides her with a strong understanding of Canada’s two principal legal systems, allowing her to approach legal matters with a broad and well-rounded perspective.

Before concentrating her practice in commercial real estate, Nicoletta developed experience in corporate and commercial law, advising clients on a wide range of transactions. Her background includes share and asset purchase transactions, corporate financings, corporate reorganizations, and the drafting, review, and negotiation of a variety of commercial agreements.

Nicoletta’s practice is now focused primarily on commercial real estate. She advises clients on acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties, commercial leasing matters, and real estate financing transactions. She works closely with businesses, investors, landlords, and property owners to facilitate efficient transactions while safeguarding her clients’ legal and business interests.
